Review: Outtakes From The Grave

Cat and Bones fans, sink your teeth into this new outtakes compilation from New York Times bestselling author Jeaniene Frost!

Indulge your love of paranormal super couple Cat and Bones with this ultimate “director’s cut” collection of deleted scenes and alternate versions from the first four novels in the Night Huntress series, complete with author commentary on each selection. Includes: the original beginnings of Halfway to the Grave, One Foot in the Grave, At Grave’s End, and Destined for an Early Grave: a chapter written in Bones’s point of view; alternate versions of sections of Halfway to the Grave, One Foot in the Grave, and Destined for an Early Grave; the “white wedding” scene between Cat and Bones that never made it into the final books…and much more!

The Night Huntress series may have ended but Outtakes From the Grave helped bring back so many wonderful memories! It was so great to spend some time again with our favorite couple, Cat and Bones.

Our favorite author, Jeaniene Frost, outdid herself with these deleted and alternate scenes! Once again, Jeaniene Frost has brought to us scenes that will make you laugh, angry, and cry tears of joy and tears of pain. There were a couple that I wished had made it to the published version but its understandable why they were cut from the books. However, there’s one chapter that I’m especially glad was cut from the published version. I’m sure people will know which chapter I’m talking about when they get their hands on Outtakes From the Grave.

Overall, I have to say Outtakes From the Grave is a highly recommended   anthology that you must read especially if you are a fans of the Night Huntress series. Trust me, its worth the time you’ll put into reading it and if you do not then you’ll regret it. So get your butt off where you’re sitting and get your Outtakes From the Grave!

Again, thank you Jeaniene Frost, for Outtakes From the Grave.

It was a true joy reading it.

*I received an Outtakes From the Grave eARC from the author in return for an honest review.*
